Mrs. Bisi Ajayi-Kayode LL.B, LL.M leads the Foundation’s project development and project Management Initiative to support the Foundation’s strategic approach for key child abuse programmes and advocacy goals.

Before now she has worked in the banking sector, private legal practice and a number of developmental organisations including the Women Consortium of Nigeria a gender based NGO with a UN consultative status, the Security, Justice and Growth Programme of the British Council where she coordinated the Awaiting Trial Persons Project, the State Accountability Voice Initiative of DFID, the Community Policing project of the British council and the Safer Schools Initiative Programme of the British Council. Bisi Ajayi-Kayode is also an investigative researcher in to unresolved criminal cases.

She has gone for various trainings including the prestigious US International Visitors Leadership Programme on NGOs and Civic Activism, Stewards of Children training on Child Sexual Abuse organized by Darkness to Light and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church in New York in 2011 and Mediation as a form of Restorative Justice training organized the by the Lagos State Ministry of Justice Restorative Pilot Project.
