Yobo’s mum saw Premo coming out of teacher Hayer’s quarters one day. It was a regular occurrence. Yobo’s mum never stopped to ask Premo what she was doing in teacher Hayer’s quarters as Premo and her daugther were age mates and she definitely should not be seen coming out of the quarters unattended to.
One day, Premo came out of teacher Hayer’s quarters crying, clutching onto her crotch. She was in pain. Yobo’s mum still did not think it was her business to find out why Premo was crying.
Six weeks later, Yobo was seen running out of teacher Hayer’s quarters, bleeding as she clutched onto her crotch. Yobo’s mother was devastated. Had she confronted and reported teacher Hayer when Premo was molested, Yobo would not also have been abused.
